Feedback for the City
The City welcomes feedback on a rezoning and plan amendment application for the Rossdale Brewery area along 100 Street NW, between 98 Avenue NW and Rossdale Road NW. The request seeks to rezone the area to a new Direct Control Zone (DC), the River Valley Zone (A) and the Parks and Services Zone (PS), preserving the Rossdale Brewery building and allowing for surrounding development. An amendment to the Rossdale Area Redevelopment plan is needed to facilitate this rezoning. Visit engaged.edmonton.ca/RossdaleCentre to provide feedback until March 16. An open house is planned for Wednesday, March 12 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the ArtsHub Ortona, 9722 102 St. NW.
The City has a number of surveys posted on their website for public feedback. These include: Green Economies, Recreation Centre use, and Youth transit use.
